Terms and Conditions – p99o Platform Rules & Player Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to p99o. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p99o ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the p99o website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

p99o is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. These Terms apply to all use of those services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a p99o account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p99o does not permit use of its platform by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, using your own real personal details. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing p99o account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Your account must not be used on behalf of another person or as a proxy account for someone else's gaming activity.

p99o reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended until the required documents are provided and approved.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — private and secure. p99o will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team immediately. p99o is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing or failing to protect their own login details.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on p99o are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to your balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming account, subject to any minimum deposit requirements for specific promotions.

Deposits

Deposits are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and supported mobile wallets. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful transfer. p99o does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum deposit amounts may apply for specific promotions. These minimums are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. Standard gaming deposits have their own minimums, displayed at the deposit stage.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to maintain account security and prevent unauthorised fund transfers. You must have a fully verified account in good standing before a withdrawal can be approved.

p99o targets same-day processing for approved withdrawals from verified accounts. VIP tier players benefit from priority processing as part of their loyalty benefits. Withdrawal requests may be subject to standard anti-fraud review, particularly for large amounts or accounts with recent changes to personal details.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your p99o account is considered a breach of these Terms. p99o reserves the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation and to recover any amounts subject to an unjustified chargeback.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

p99o offers a range of bonuses and promotions including Welcome Bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and Eid. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Each player may claim each promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly marked as repeatable (for example, a weekly reload or weekly free bet).
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). This means you must place bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by that figure before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, Bingo, and Fish Games contribution rates are specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used or wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without replacement.
• p99o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice given to affected players where possible.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bonuses, and potential forfeiture of related winnings. p99o uses automated systems and manual review to detect such activity.

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

p99o is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misquoted odds on the platform. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at p99o's discretion.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or when contacting support.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p99o staff or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

p99o reserves the right to close any account at its discretion. In cases of confirmed rule violations, account balances including real-money and bonus funds may be forfeited. In cases of standard account closure unrelated to violations, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Sports Betting Integrity

p99o takes match integrity seriously. If there is reasonable suspicion that a bet was placed with inside knowledge, in connection with match-fixing, or as part of a coordinated suspicious betting pattern, p99o reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refer the matter to appropriate authorities. This applies to all sports markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports.

Privacy & Data Use

p99o collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, and send promotional communications where you have opted in. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payment information is processed securely and is not stored in a form that could be accessed by p99o staff directly.

Responsible Gaming

p99o is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gaming on this platform should be treated as entertainment. It is not a reliable way to generate income, and losses should be treated as the cost of entertainment, not as a debt to be recovered.

• Set a personal gaming budget before you start and stick to it. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
• Set time limits for your gaming sessions and take regular breaks.
• Do not chase losses by placing larger bets in an attempt to recover previous losses.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

p99o provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uptime, accuracy of odds, and smooth game operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.

p99o is not liable for losses arising from:

• Technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or payment provider's system.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Decisions made by a player based on misunderstood odds, game rules, or promotion terms.
• Losses resulting from account compromise due to the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

In all cases where p99o is found liable, our maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the net real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in plain Pakistan English and are intended to be clear and accessible to all players. In the event of any dispute between a player and p99o, we encourage the player to first contact our customer support team, as most issues can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, players may escalate the matter to p99o's complaints team by submitting a formal written complaint to our support email address. We aim to respond to formal complaints within five business days with a proposed resolution.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are subject to the applicable laws governing the player's jurisdiction. p99o does not claim any government licence, regulatory approval, or official endorsement from Pakistani authorities. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own location.
